I asked my daughter what she wanted to do that day. She replied, "Let's go to a midnight playground!"
We do go to a lot of playgrounds, both real and imagined. But we are also starting to do more structured activities and projects with our 3 year old, whom we plan to homeschool.
The Midnight Playground is a record of some of these activities and projects, plus our own thoughts about the process of our child's learning and development. Think of it as a glimpse into our "prehomeschool." It is also a way for our daughter to share her work with family and friends, many of whom live far away.
We are also happy to share these activities with other families who have a preschooler at home.
